Hi there! I am Cheyenne and have been in Colorado for most of my life. I moved to Colorado Springs in 2018 when I started my degree in Biology and Pre Medicine at UCCS and will be graduating in May of this year. Photography is a complete opposite route than what I have been studying for the past 5 years but it has been a major part of my life for as long as I can remember. Being behind the camera and capturing the small candid moments in a true and organic nature holds a special spot in my heart and keeps me sane while I have my nose buried in medical textbooks. I am an adventurer to my core! I’m the one who takes the long way home, explore every nook and cranny of a forest, and stop to smell the flowers along the road any chance that I get. I want to thank you for taking your time to visit this site and coming along with me on this adventure!
Behind the camera
I follow one rule when it comes to the photos that I take: find the sunshine. This is not finding the best lighting but rather capturing every ounce of laughter, love, joy, and happiness possible. And this goes for anything! Whether I am out on the top of a mountain or with a lovely couple out in the rain, there is sunshine to be found and encapsulated. If you are smiling, so am I!
One pointe, one moment, endless memories is what I believe these photos should do. It really is about capturing the moments for me. Honestly, you should see your smile, love, etc from my side of the camera, it’s beautiful.
